Thanks for being brave enough to join me for House of Horrors week. For the first horror, you'll need to follow me down the hallway. Walk quietly, and be careful as we approach it's evil lair...
Wait, this is all wrong! Mom you're ruining the suspense!
That's better. We're lucky, we're able to approach it's lair with the door shut. When it's open I have to race to my litter box. Wait, I hear the door creaking open, look away kittens.
It's the Evil Dyson. It appears to be sleeping... It's only truly dangerous when it's tail is unraveled and it attaches itself to the wall. Let's go in for a closer look while it sleeps...
I think it's satisfied. I can see it's had a full meal of my fur. The last time I was this close, Mom was holding it back as it seemed to chase me across the floor. It's so evil, it was able to mimic the sound of my own parents laughter as I ran for my life. ::Shudders::
I'm outta here! You can't be too careful friends.
If you're playing this week at your place, make sure you let me know in the comments. Stop by tomorrow to see the next Horror.
What's even worse here, Fin, is that complete STRANGERS come over and work in tandem with that awful thing, so I get a double-whammy! My human seems to think this is a GOOD thing - maybe her mind has been taken over by the enemy!
ReplyDeleteFin! we have THREE of those, and one of them is a low-slung creature with a REALLY long neck. It's terrifying.
ReplyDeleteWe have a Terrible Tuesday post coming up!
Fin, you are so brave to go that close to the evil monster! Those things are very mean and can be dangerous!! We can't wait to see what happens next! Lots of love, Holly and mom
ReplyDeleteFin! Me hates it too! But when it comes out of its lair, my hairy slobbery sister Sam asks, no demands, that the sucky thing be stroked on heR body!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy ar dogs so strange!
Kisses
Nellie
believe it or not I don't mind it nearly as much as my Sheltie brother does! He goes insane! When he does my evil Momma chases him with it! MOL!! Ours is bright yellow! It glows in the dark!
ReplyDeleteLove, Cody
::holds paws over Grete's eyes::
ReplyDeleteOh Fin! I can't have my woofie Grete see this. She is horrified at the site of those evil monsters. She even runs when mom opens the door to it's cage!
This is going to be a scary week at your place!
That Dyson is so scary. Does it make all those screeching sounds like whirrrrrrrrr? The monster in our house is called Hoover. He's green!!! purrr....meow!
ReplyDeleteOurs isn't called a Dyson ... but it's just as evil! :shudders:
ReplyDeleteThe wrong angle of the first photo gave me a suspense feeling..MOL
ReplyDeleteand then I followed you to Evil Dyson, That was so scary ! my heart rate goes over the top...I behind you all the time..If some thing happen, I can run free..heh..heh.. But I have to say " You are really really brave ! "

That is a scary monster. We have one at our house, too, but it has a different name. We would like to join in and show you the scary things at our house.
ReplyDeleteHerman and Emma
Oh, we has a close relation of that things, and it scares us silly. We will let you know when/if we are able to play.
ReplyDeleteOh Fin, you were so brave to go in that closet with that monster. We don't allow our Mom to use anything like that. It is way too scary. We will do a post tomorrow about some of our horrors. Take care.
ReplyDeleteFin - we so sympathise with you we have one of those evil dyson monsters and we have to hide. Once we peeked and mum was operating on his tummy and got lots of kitty furs out - he must have been out stalking while we were asleep and eaten lots of kitties. Please beware Fin we don't want you to disappear into its tummy too.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We have a similar monster in our house too, though not the same name. Nicki's fairly brave about it, but not Derry! :-P
ReplyDelete-Fuzzy Tales
You're a very brave girl, Fin!
ReplyDeleteOur evil fur-eating monster died this weekend! Mommy said it must have eaten too much of our fur. We have a few days ahead of us of NO fur monster! You're welcome to come join us. We plan on making so much fur that the new monster has trouble eating it all!
That was a little bit scary. I will not let Teddy see this; he is too young/
ReplyDeleteSwoooooooshh. Screeeeeeeeech. Aaaghhhhh. Our monster makes all kinds of furry-hairy-scary sounds and we HATES it.
ReplyDeleteWe'll show a "horror" too, purrably on Tuesday this week...
there are horrors all over the house, but one in particular.....
Ours doesn't have that name either, it starts with an O. We're not afraid of it either, it comes right up to us and we refuse to move...except for Sister Dolly. She is UTB as soon as it wakes up!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! That IS a horror! We hate, hate, hate that Noisy Beast.
ReplyDeleteWe gots one of those dyson monsters too! Very scary...
ReplyDeleteOhhh Fin you were sure brave to get that close to it so we could all see it!! My Corgi Tuckder will chase ours and bark at it so it won't suck up his three kitty friends, he is such a good protector! :)
ReplyDeleteOh Fin! We can't believe you actually got that close to the evil Dyson! What woulda happened if it woke up?? YIKES!!
ReplyDelete(Fin, our evil Dyson is sick and doesn't make anymore loud noises...but mom has another one of those rug sucking monsters...called Panasonic...and while it might be a little smaller than the Dyson, it's just as loud...and evil...)
Eek! That Dyson monster looks scary!
ReplyDeleteThat Dyson fella is an evil sucker!
ReplyDeleteFin
ReplyDeleteAbby is the only one who doesn't mind the evil vacuum!
We are sorry we have not been by to leave a comment, but our internet connection has been out for several days straight now with intermittent service for several weeks. We hope it is fixed, we are keeping our paws and whiskers crossed.

ReplyDeleteOh Fin, we have one of these living in our storage closet! You're right, it's not too bad when it's sleeping, but when that thing is awake it is SCARY!
ReplyDeleteAgh Fin that is horrific indeed!!! We will have to think up a horror and post later this week :-)
ReplyDeleteBe safe!!!

At least, sweet Fin, you know where it's hidden and you know when it's gonna strike. Mom keeps ours out in plain view. I think it's warning me to be extra good.
