Sing it with me friends...
It's the most girliest mouse in the world!
Wait Mom, this isn't right...
Yes, that's better.
Isn't she pretty? I call her Isabella Mousington. I haven't even whapped her under the couch yet. Mom has started calling me Lady Mousington which I like better than some of the other names she comes up with for me. Of course Isabella in no way takes Mousey's place. No one could ever take Mousey's place.
So what does everyone have planned for the weekend? I'm hoping for porch time, but Mom mentioned something about taking a Day Trip with Dad. I wonder what that means? She's a trip everyday. We hope you have a great weekend doing whatever you have planned.
You actually name your mousies? Maybe I should start naming all the socks around here.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for some extra attention and lap time this weekend.
I'm going to rest whilst Mom works on Saturday
ReplyDeleteAND
I'll rest some more whilst she chauffeurs some khanine passengers on Sunday
Of khourse, I'll be dreaming of woo!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
Good work Fin! I have names for all my string toys (one in every room). My plans for the weekend: Snuggle my Mom and keep her warm - Dad is gone for a thing called "business". (sigh)
ReplyDeleteWell whap it good when you get around to it! Go Fin Go!
ReplyDeleteI like your pink mousey too! My human and I may be working on a secret project this weekend!
ReplyDeleteFin, is it OK if boy Cats play with pink toys? Cuz we guys love pink mousies, too. Of course we give 'em names like "Butch" and "Spike".
ReplyDeleteWe hope your Mom isn't going to cavort with alien cats on her trip...
Cedar says,"Pink mouseys are for wimps, give me one of those "Diva" mouseys made out of turquoise lame' with long silver tails AND a bell. Now that's a mouse you can really whack around! BooRah!
ReplyDeleteGreetings Fin,
ReplyDeleteA pink mouse! Is it pink so mum can find it because it does not blend in with the carpet? Give it a couple of good hits and see where it lands, it most likely is a wimp and comes apart after a few hits.
Wishing you all the very best,
Miss Kitty and Egmont
I have a psychedelic mousie that I should perhaps send to you, SIF, since I am not partial to them. I play with real ones and leave them on the stepping stones once I deaded them. Yeah, yeah, SS loves that.
ReplyDeleteWe're planning roast chicken lunch - Au's favourite. Hope your mummy brings you a catty bag from her trip.
ReplyDeleteLady Mousington! That name suits you! Of course you looks like and acts like a Lady all the time!
ReplyDeleteIsabella Mousington is very pretty and looks like fun to whap around. We think she is going to be your next best friend. And she will be easy to find as pink as she is. We don't have any plans for the week end other than eating, napping and playing. Take care.
ReplyDeleteWe don't name our mousies...we find it hard to whap and put the bitey on something we become too personal with. Have a great weekend, Fin!!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about having a favorite mousie. Mine is blue and I've eaten its innerds. I still play with it because it reminds me of what a good warrior I am.
ReplyDeleteIsabella Mousington looks like a good floofy mouse!
She is a lovely Mousington, we have to say.
ReplyDeleteWe're too busy whapping our mousies under the bed for mum to find for us (she enjoys that game the bestest ever) to name our mousies.
ReplyDeleteLove your pink mousie, Fin! There are all sorts of names around here for everything, too. I don't know what it is about humans..especially writers! I like Mousington. Great name.
ReplyDeleteThis weekend I plan to stay quiet (almost impossible) around here and warm, watching snowflakes.
Have a good weekend!
Hugs,
Tom

It's very cold here so we are hoping mom will curl up in the chair with a book and we can spend some quality lap time! Hope you get out on the porch (ours is covered in snow).
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful pink Mousie! Me never gets to play with the mousies any more since the brat (Kozmo) came to live with me. We will be resting this weekend after our time at the little house and all the driving to get home.
ReplyDeleteNellie
Fin, you certainly have a very beautiful mouse! What a wonderful name...Isabella Mousington! We love it!! It's looking like staying at home for us this weekend due to the flu and Holly also having some health problems. We'll just lay around and rest. We hope you have fun! Lots of love, Debbie and Holly
ReplyDeleteIt's an awesome pink mouse. I'd celebrate it. : ) Have fun with your lovely toy Fin!
ReplyDeleteWe love your girly pink mouse!

ReplyDeleteThat is indeed a beautiful mousie, Fin!
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely mousie, Fin.
ReplyDeleteThis weekend? Mom plans on working in her studio, so I guess I'll be in there "helping" her. Until she throws me out. Then I'll sit outside the door and "sing" to her.
Barnabas

ReplyDeleteI love how you said that everyday with your Mom is a "trip" lol!!!!
Nothing much planned here this weekend...WAIT!! I am reading YOUR book for the review this Monday! That is what I am doing this weekend! :)
Isabella is very pretty. Perhaps she and Mousey will fall in love and have baby mouseys?
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
That is a pretty pink mousie, but of course looks aren't everything as Mousey (and Scruffy Rat)knows.
ReplyDeleteFin, Do you know something ?
ReplyDeleteMy Human Sis names " Isabella " : )
Cute! I like your mouse, Fin!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty new mousie you have!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're having a fun weekend Finny.
