Some of you may have noticed that Fin has an obsession with the bathroom sinks. She sleeps in one, and she views the other as her own personal water park. It's a wonder she let's us use them at all.
Whenever she hears me heading into my um, human litter room, she leaps onto the bathroom counter and campaigns for me to turn on her faucet. We call it sippy sink. It's the reason I rarely have spotless mirrors, as she likes to shake it off when she gets her head wet.
These are the views I usually see from my, err, throne.
I find it's a good place to spot any floofy knots. I'll admit it, I'm also powerless to reach around the door and give a little tock tickle, cause who can resist a tock tickle? Fin. She hates me messing with her cataloons.
great pictures, it's a nice view :)
ReplyDeleteNice tail!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how my mom would reakhkt if I tried that?
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
Mom Paula: Praline used to do that all the time. She actually liked me to fill the sink so she could drink the water, then I had to empty it and start all over the next time.
ReplyDeleteOoo Fin, we need to run off together and find a nice sink to call our own...
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a good job as staff to Fin. She gets what she wants when she wants it, and that's as it should be!
ReplyDeleteThose are great pictures! We love your floofy tail!
ReplyDeleteNice view! If I had lips, I'd be wolf whistling!
ReplyDeleteAccording to GG, the bathroom sinks are categorized as "countertops" and therefore are off-limits. Page 2 section one of the townhouse rules & regulations. (stupid) But, the bathtub is mine, all mine. I don't even need water for it to be fun. It's kind of like a kitty skateboard park.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your sippy spot!
mew!

Pee S. It's my 100th blog post today!
I have never got up on the bathroom bench, ever. I think maybe I should give it a go.
ReplyDeleteI love a good dring from the sink!
ReplyDeletePlease come and visit me today and help me help Wayside Waifs!
Never been up there myself. don't like getting wet at all. Fin looks cute from that angle, as she does in others.
ReplyDeleteI love the term "sippy sink"!
ReplyDeleteThe Mommy says, 'gee, what a lovely view! hahaha' The kitties say, We can't get The Mommy to turn on the bathroom sink faucets, she will only let us drink from the kitchen faucet (as Gypsy showed yesterday). She's so mean...can we come live with you?
ReplyDeletePurrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew and The Mommy
Way to go Fin, you've got your priorities straight fur sure!
ReplyDeleteGinger does the same thing! Ha! Only now dad tore out the toilet in her favorite bathroom so they can re-do the room and now Ginger is too lazy to jump on the counter from the floor!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cutee!! Fin totally owns the bathrooms. from sinks, to countertops to soap
ReplyDeleteMamabug here.....I can so relate to this post......my Andy is exactly the same.....I can't enter that room without him showing up and jumping up on the sink closest to me....then he patiently waits for me to turn on the tap. Gorgeous pictures of Fin and her floof. xxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteGreat view of Fin!
ReplyDeleteFlynn: I'm going to tattle tail on Eric. We both like to drink from the tap and mum used to leave the sink tap trickling for us. Eric liked to sleep in the sink and his big butt blocked the plughole and mum kept finding the carpet all wet where it filled up too much with him lying in it. Yes, he really did lie in the water! Now she keeps the sink tap turned off and we drink from the bath tap instead.
Our oldest does the same thing - as soon as the alarm goes of for either of us he is in there on the sink.
ReplyDeleteThat does seem like a great way to check for fur mats - that way she is distracted from the prodding!
Mommy says she can't think of a better view to have than of Fin's magnificent floofiness.
ReplyDeleteHaha! We think that's a great view of Fin!! And our mom says she would find it difficult not to tickle those tocks too!
ReplyDeleteHuh. Hoomin, cataloons are meant to be LEFT ALONE! Hmpf.
ReplyDeleteWe have a sister that loves to get into the sink and have the faucet turned on. That is a wonderful view of you Fin. You had better be careful, Mom might sneak up on you one day and pat that pretty tock of yours.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of yoo Fin!
ReplyDeleteVery nice to meet you, Fin! We found you via the CatLine Crew blog. Love the view. LOL!
ReplyDeleteFin, even at that angle...you're stunning! Cataloons! MOL...
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, Fin. Sinks and running water are irresistible!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great view of you. Hope there's a mirror there so nobody will sneak up on you.
ReplyDeleteWhen you get a chance, please visit us. We left something for you.
That's too funny that you were sitting on the throne taking pictures! You sure got some great ones of her floofiness, though. That tail, those 'tocks! Irrestible!!! I like that word "cataloons" and would like to use it. I just called them pantaloons before.
ReplyDeleteWe think sinks are designed by cats (for cats). Most of them fit so perfectly. Just perfect for a cat to sleep in. And when you are not sleeping there is the added waterdrop bonus.
ReplyDeleteCrikey does the same thing! I really think that he'd take a shower with me if I asked him to:)
ReplyDelete~Angela
We love those sneaky views of Fin's pantaloons! :o)
ReplyDelete"cataloons" Hahaha! Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteCackling Wuudles.
