Scafflaw Week - Desk Set

No Cats on the Desk? What kind of a rule is that?

Look how comfy and cute I look up here. Sure I may mess up some paperwork with my lounging, but again I point to the fact of how cute I look.

Sure I might get floof in the printer, but I'm only up here to defend you two. I will defend you to the death from the Evil Fax Machine. I'll shred anything that comes out of it's Evil Jaws.

I'm kinda spent I think I need a nap....

Could you turn out the light?....

Nice... Zzzzzzz....

  1. I get annoyed with my human if she has too much stuff on her desk and I can't get up there.

  5. Excellent!
A little judicious placement of floof never hurt anyone.

  6. I think that it's my job to jump up on the desk and kick everything off. I mean it could be dangerous...papers and stuff make getting a footing (pawing) hard. The stuff deserves to be on the floor. It's only stuff...and well we are...uh...entitled!

  7. Mom tried to block various parts of her desk when we came along. Ha! We took what we needed. After all, a cat needs a place to perch and snoopervise. And, we agree, Fin. You look cute.

  12. I have never been on the desk. Dad thinks it's because it had a glass top and I don't like to be able to see through it.

  13. Desks are the best! They're even better when the human is trying to use it. Sweet dreams, sweet Fin!

  14. Surely the things are only put on the desk so you can have fun pushing them off?

  20. Fin, no desk is quite complete without a cat a couchant. It surpasses all imagination that a human can get ANY work done without one!

  28. At first our mom wanted to install that no cat on desk rule too. Siena just laughed in her face - and she too looks terribly cute on the desk. Then mom reduced the rule to no cat on the notebook and especially on the keyboard. Then I moved in and the rest ist historkahkdaky...hehehehe.
Thank youu for the birthday purrs. Siena and mom can't believe either the little kitten is two years already.
