This is one of my favorite pics of my girl.
She seems a bit off her game today. She ate like a little pony yesterday, and then today not so much. I just set out some tuna (the really good kind) and I hope it does the trick. Tuna has typically been her very favorite thing.
She has always been finicky but the current tummy issues make it even more complicated. Often I set out a little buffet and see what she feels like eating today. You just never know what it will be, today turkey, tomorrow could be beef.
It's fine though, as long as she decides on something, it's a good day. Ah victory! I see her at the dish. Tuna it is.
Beautiful photo. Tuna always works here, too.
ReplyDeleteTuna rules!!! You get well soon, Fin. You'd better. I miss you. purrr...meow!
ReplyDeleteYay fur you, Fin! Wait to keep up your strength. Toona is very good fur you! **nosetaps**
ReplyDeleteLovely photo! Over here, it is chicken that usually does it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture! Tuna always does the trick here, too. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYou gotta keep up your strength Finny!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Cory
Nellie has been off her favorites, even tuna is not doing the trick. I am worried about my old girl. This winter has been tough on her, she sleeps so much now. I guess I shall have to experiment...perhaps liver...
ReplyDeleteNellies Mom
Miss Fin, you gotta nom lots EVERY day, ok?
ReplyDeleteMiss Fin, Can I move to your house I really love your menu ; )

That is a lovely picture! Such a sweet kitty!
ReplyDeleteGlad she went for the tuna! I hope she's just doing this to keep you on your game and spoiling her with more and more choices! Purrs for her tummy issues!
Fin, baby, you have a cord on blur menu there. Austin wants to come over! Love the photo x
ReplyDeleteTuna works most of the time. We stopped giving the cats tuna after we started to homecook for them. But when I feed the strays, I usually give them tuna, and poor Cosmo and Ling would be begging for some.
ReplyDeleteThank you for keeping us well informed about the old lady, Meg.
ReplyDeleteWe really appreciate it.
Every day that has a little Finny in it is a good day!
Yes, there comes a time when eating anything is a good thing. We're glad Fin has decided it's tuna today. :-)
ReplyDeleteShe's a smart girl. She knows how to get the good stuff. :)
ReplyDeleteWe can both be very picky at times, but mum knows that white fish like cod will usually win the day for us.
ReplyDeleteFin is just showing you who is in charge.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Way to go Fin, tuna is a good choice any old day!
ReplyDeleteHi there Fin, that is one gorgeous picture. We do love our Tuna too. Glad to hear you are at your dish giving it a try. You just have to keep eating Fin. Hope you have a great day and a better week.
ReplyDeleteMine mommy sais her hasa sad fur you. Her sais her bets is like sitting on needles waiting Fin eats.
ReplyDeleteGud job on the toona, Fin!
Love, TK
Fin looks so pretty there. Our mom says she understands about the eating thing...when she had a senior kitizen, he was always picky about his foods and mom was always trying to get him to eat. As long as she eats some, she should be good.
ReplyDeleteHi Fin!!
that is a beautiful photo!
ReplyDeleteSo happy that Fin decided on tuna...a girl has to watch her figure you know :)

ReplyDeleteKatie's and Admiral's mom here: I did that with the Admiral too. Whatever it took to get her to eat I was up for it. Once the manager of the Pet food store I go to asked me if anything was wrong because she noted that I was there every 2 days.
ReplyDeleteI told her that I had to throw away can after can of food-the contents mostly not eaten- in a quest to find what would please her taste any given day and that of course, made for an empty larder for her.
Couldn't stock up because I never knew what flavor would tempt her. Of course Admiral was ill. Fin isn't like that. Thank goodness. xoxoxo
that is sweet and thoughtful... I might try the buffet with my two... as and when needed. Love Helen, Darcy and Bingley xxx
