I'm still all a twitter over Whicky Wuudler's visit yesterday. There's something about a tuxie with an English accent that can make my paws twitch.
Did you see the size of his mancatly paws and that sassy ear! I hear he has a way with stealing a pork chop too.
I don't even know what "My scorching, blissful kip is hard won at this time of year" means, but I do like the way he says it.
I'm tuxie with an English accent too!
ReplyDelete"all of a twitter" eh?
ReplyDeleteI'll have to send you an out take photograph, this will calm you down
Hehe!
Yes, all us gal cats here at the Sherwood Bunch really appreciated Whicky's post.
ReplyDeleteAnd we did not understand a word of that exact line "My scorching, blissful kip is hard won at this time of the year", but by golly, doesn't it just sound so good!!! Purrrrrrr.
That accent is so, so, so... English. Whicky could say "my tail is caked with caca" and it would sound like pure prose.
Oh, those huge paws and those cool green eyes and that "look"... purrrrr.
Thank you for hosting Whicky's post and photos. We girlcats owe you one, Fin.
Love and Purrs,
Missy Blue Eyes
... did I mention the "shamless, sprawling sleep" or the sultry pout????
ReplyDeletePurrrrrrrrrrrr...

We laughed and laughed at the Brit phraseology, too! We have no idea what it means either, but dang it sounds good!
ReplyDeleteYup, it was great to see and hear him!
ReplyDeleteI must admit I was a little lost on the verbage and meaning, but loved the sound of the tongue! Ahhhh!
ReplyDeleteYou are very lucky to have had Whicky visit... he's the mysterious one, the humorous one, the entertainer. Always visiting everyone yet we cannot visit him... we wish he would "guest with us" sometime...
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for having Whicky guest blog! It was so much fun hearing from him...

That was great - I really enjoyed Whicky's guest post!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, my sisfurs was all a twitter too, I must admit I find him a charming mancat also. Um, dad sez he thinks dat a kip is like a nap or rest, don't know, it just sounds good when he says it.
ReplyDeleteHe is quite dashing!
ReplyDeletehuh, what is it with the ladies and "accents?" my mommy does that with Bond movies, and Antonio Banderes.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed Whicky Wuudler's post and seeing him for the first time. It sounds like he gets "happy twitchy tail" for you too!
very cool. this will be one of those life moments you will cherish.

Hey, SIF, looks like your visitor was a great hit with efurryone, especially the ladycats! Must admit he is a darling though.
ReplyDeleteWe like the British cats! Not only do they have great accents - but they also have great attitudes! Just look at Yao-Lin, hahahahahahahah
ReplyDeleteMy mom is completely smitten with WW and wants me to have him over to guest blog for me! Can you believe it? What's with that?
ReplyDeletePS-I like your new template! Very complimentary to your furs!
So I guess all the kitties appreciate the Wuudler as I do. I'm not surprised, you can't keep a good Tuxie Tom Cat down.
ReplyDeleteI'll willingly share him with the blogosphere world. Hopefully the shy Whicky will get a blog of his own some time - till then he is welcome anytime.
I loved the post. I especially enjoyed his "sultry pout for the lens".
ReplyDeletehaha yes he is very man-catly! You were very nice to let him visit, you can see how much everyone enjoyed it :)
ReplyDeleteOhh my Mommas, grandma and grandpa used to use the word all the time.. a kip is just a nap.. like a quick shut eye :)
I know you know what scorching and blissful meanz.. :))

Hmmmm...we don't know what that means either. There must have been something lost in translation.
ReplyDeleteWW sure is a good looking guy. We'd be all a-twitter too, if we didn't already have boyfriends.
