Floofy Friday

Beware - Gratuitous Tummy Shot Ahead

This is not a drill friends... Prepare yourselves

But wait, there's more!

You feel better don't you?
Let the weekend begin.

I understand tomorrow is "Take Your Pet to Work" day. Mom asked if I wanted to accompany her to the office, and at first I considered it, as I've always wondered what she could possibly do there that would make her so tired.

Does she dig ditches, or run about? No.

From time to time she's had to "Work from home" and I'll tell you all she did was type on the keyboard, stare at stuff on the screen, and talk on the phone. Doesn't sound too taxing does it? Plus she does all that on her off time too. No thank you.

Besides I have important work here at the house to attend to. Naps to take, and bugs to kill. Humans don't just wake themselves kitties.

How about you, would you like to take or be taken to work?

I would enjoy sprawling on her desk and being admired by all who pass. I'd have to hire my own bodyguard. My floof is irresistible, as you well imagine.

Have a great weekend friends!

  3. Maybe we really need to start having tummy floof drills, because those tummy shots were almost too much for Mommy to handle. She is squeeing uncontrollably. Our mom said we can't go to work with her tomorrow, but she will wear a few extra cat hairs on her clothing in observance of the day.

  4. Dear Fin,
Mama says she can't take me to work as everyone will be too busy fussing over me and nothing gets done then. Really? Oh well....we'll invite them home instead. purrr....meow!

  8. Your floof IS irresistible! Best to stay home and keep the place running smoothly. Besides, you never know if someone else might bring in a woofie who doesn't like cats. Yikes! That would be bad :)!!

  9. Oh Fin, that fluff is just blinding. Now we really can get started on the week end.Nothing better than some of Fin's floof. Our Mom works at home so we are at work with her every day. But I don't think we would enjoy going some where else with her. Have yourselves a fantastic week end.

  10. Oh yes, your floof is so irresistible dear Fin. Myself: I don't have that - I'm what they call 'sleek' (shorthair). My mom 'works' at home-it sounds alot like your Mom's stuff: typing, staring at the screen, etc. I 'help' her quite a bit by sleeping on her desk or in her lap-she couldn't get along without me. Well I hope you have a sunpatch day.

  16. I don't like leaving the house...at all. Grete woofie would like to go with mom to work, but Grete would take great joy in barking at everyone and begging for lunches and stuff. Grete is more interested in the parks that are close to mom's work.

  17. I think I would like going to work because I like people and I like being anywhere my mama is! However, I do NOT like going in the PTU and the car, so there's the downside.

  21. I would like to go to my dad's work, because I am an explorer cat and it's my job, but only if I don't have to go in the car. I don't like car rides.
