Bitey

Did I bite the hand that feeds me?

Yes.

Did it deserve to be bitten?

Yes.

I was enjoying a delightful snuggle when I realized the formally gentle tugging at my floofy side had become a full on knot wrestle. Unacceptable.

Knot 1 - Mom 0

Gee, I hope I didn't damage her cat food can opening hand...

  1. That's right, Fin, you need to check which hand it is you are biting!

  2. If you DID bite the can hand, let's hope the pain serves to remind her of her dreadful misdeed.

  3. SIF, your mom and mine must have the same idea. SS was de-knotting me last night as well. Oh, the pain! Hers, not mine anymore. She cut herself!

  7. Oh noooos, she tried to pull a knot out when you were asleep. There is no excuse for that. We hope you straightened that Mom out. But we also hope she can still open those cans. Take care and have a terrific day.

  10. Fin - I feel your pain - last night I settled on mum's lap to give her a treat and she got the zoom groom out which I like and I got all relaxed and the fingers started poking round and pulling at
a knot and before I could move the scissors were in there snipping it out - I am now lop sided again in the furs department. Could I come and stay with you please while my coat recovers. She'll leave your furs alone I'm sure after she sees my tatters.

  11. There is always a risk in doing the bitey, but sometimes it's just worth it.

  12. You gotta keep her in line, Fin. Those human beans need to be reminded whose in control.

  13. Fin, you have a right to bite!! We all bite here when mom comes at us with the little scissors to cut out knots and then she pulls heartlessly at our fur. What can she expect anyway! Stand your ground Fin! Lots of love, Holly and the kitties Lilly and Angel

  14. That would be a terrible thing. But we're sure your Mom will manage somehow.

  15. Careful Fin - Tommy put the bitey on mom once and she ended up at the v-e-t office.
