House of Horrors Week - Part 1

Thanks for being brave enough to join me for House of Horrors week. For the first horror, you'll need to follow me down the hallway. Walk quietly, and be careful as we approach it's evil lair...

Wait, this is all wrong! Mom you're ruining the suspense!

That's better. We're lucky, we're able to approach it's lair with the door shut. When it's open I have to race to my litter box. Wait, I hear the door creaking open, look away kittens.

It's the Evil Dyson. It appears to be sleeping... It's only truly dangerous when it's tail is unraveled and it attaches itself to the wall. Let's go in for a closer look while it sleeps...

I think it's satisfied. I can see it's had a full meal of my fur. The last time I was this close, Mom was holding it back as it seemed to chase me across the floor. It's so evil, it was able to mimic the sound of my own parents laughter as I ran for my life. ::Shudders::

I'm outta here! You can't be too careful friends.

If you're playing this week at your place, make sure you let me know in the comments. Stop by tomorrow to see the next Horror.

  1. What's even worse here, Fin, is that complete STRANGERS come over and work in tandem with that awful thing, so I get a double-whammy! My human seems to think this is a GOOD thing - maybe her mind has been taken over by the enemy!

  2. Fin! we have THREE of those, and one of them is a low-slung creature with a REALLY long neck. It's terrifying.

We have a Terrible Tuesday post coming up!

  12. Oh Fin, you were so brave to go in that closet with that monster. We don't allow our Mom to use anything like that. It is way too scary. We will do a post tomorrow about some of our horrors. Take care.

  13. Fin - we so sympathise with you we have one of those evil dyson monsters and we have to hide. Once we peeked and mum was operating on his tummy and got lots of kitty furs out - he must have been out stalking while we were asleep and eaten lots of kitties. Please beware Fin we don't want you to disappear into its tummy too.

  15. You're a very brave girl, Fin!

Our evil fur-eating monster died this weekend! Mommy said it must have eaten too much of our fur. We have a few days ahead of us of NO fur monster! You're welcome to come join us. We plan on making so much fur that the new monster has trouble eating it all!

  30. At least, sweet Fin, you know where it's hidden and you know when it's gonna strike. Mom keeps ours out in plain view. I think it's warning me to be extra good.
