House of Horrors Week - Part 3

These may seem like nothing too scary... but you're wrong.

See how they look back at you in a mocking tone.

These horrifying demons are so loud when clanged together that a certain cat spent days in the closet, with my mouse, till I knew things were safe.
As soon as Dad gets anywhere near this cabinet, I run for the hills. For reasons unknown to me, he's often drawn to this cabinet when I am settling in for my meal which is beside the cabinet. I can get a lot of indigestion. I dread being this close to this much evil.

Luckily Mom tells him to give me some peace and quiet while I eat, or I might starve.

  1. Fin, of similar terrorizing value is foil wrap. People would not think it terrorizing. But is sure is. Mom and Dad had a cat before me who headed for the hills when they got the box out of the drawer.

  4. The dishes are almost as bad - the worst thing my human can do while I'm eating is put the things away! It hurts my ears!

  6. At least yours are neatly organized. My mom tries to stack those evil things on top of each other so they fall over and freak us out!

  7. Yep, yep: and at our house sometimes that SH (small horror) gets hold of one of these and throws it! OMC, what a clatter.
On second thought: we have looked at this photo again and they sort of look like smiling happy faces if you just added a dot or two for eyes...

  8. It's the rustlers that freak the felines in this house, not so much the clangers!

  9. Our dad is the same. He's always zinging the microwave or Zissing the coffee machine, when we're trying to eat! And our food bowls are right next to these scary devices too. :sheesh:

  14. Fin, those pans are really scary especially when Mom drops one of them. We run for the closets too. They are extremely noisy. That is truly a horror. Take care.

  15. That happens a lot at our house! Our scary things are piled on top of each other and we think that makes them mad so they are noiser!
