Counsel

One of the jobs we face as kitties is to act as counselors and advisers to our humans. Perhaps Mom doesn't think I'm listening when she asks for my advice, because when I weigh in she almost always does something other than I tell her.

She asks what she should make for lunch. I say chicken treats and feel free to be clumsy with the drops! She picks something stupid like gluten-free pasta. Yuck.

She asks if she should go for a walk. I say yes and take me with you! She goes but shuts the door in my face!

Even when the advice is super obvious - like write more - she seems to struggle. She's hopeless.

Maybe she listens to Quill's advice cause I always see them with their heads together. Perhaps she listens when the advice comes in a diminutive squeak rather than a cute meow.

Though I'm pretty sure Quill would tell her to have chicken treats over gluten-free pasta too.

  2. She should definitely take the advice on serving more chick-hen and dropping it!
Our Mommy could learn a little from this, too.

  9. Those chicken treats sound really good to all of us too. Silly peeps, just think how much better off they would all be if they would just listen to us. You all have a great day.
