Anyone else feeling a little bored?
Is there no one to swing my feather toys, and no one to push my Hot Wheels down the track for me to whap? I can't nap all the time... well okay I could, but I need a little fun too.
Mom is finally getting over her cold, so hopefully she'll be available to amuse me soon.
You want me to come by, Miss Fin? *hopeful look*ReplyDelete
My, what big teeth you have, Miss Fin! MOLReplyDelete
Hey SIF, I am bored too, come and we'll keep each other's company.ReplyDelete
It IS irritating when the beans fall down on the job -- hope your Mom is feeling better. My mom and the hub, SB, had that nasty cold last weekend, and BB had it the weekend before.ReplyDelete
Maybe your boredom is just let down from all the excitement from the Cat-O-Lympics?
Thank you for your sweet comment about the Monger.
Yep, we don't care for days like that either, have a nip or two!ReplyDelete
Post Olympic let-down? We still have it on the TV..but it's the human version. I don't understand my mom watching it. The Cat-O-Lympics were WAY better.ReplyDelete
I think it's post-Olympics burnout too! You did a lot of hard work! I'm already gearing up for the next Olympic bout - Binga and I spar nearly every day!ReplyDelete
Hard not to yawn when you're lying in such a bright warm sunbeam. We're glad your human mom is feeling better, so she'll give you all the attention and play you want.ReplyDelete
You look lovely even though you are bored :). you can come play with my kitties. They would love to hang out with you :).ReplyDelete
It's called Olympic Let Down, Fin. After last week's excitement, it's hard to get motivated.ReplyDelete
Yes, post-Olympic burnout is probably the reason. Mom says you can borrow Nicki for a while; she promises you won't be bored with him around and she could use the break. Heh heh.ReplyDelete
Yeah, we've got post-cat-olympic flatness as well. :sigh:ReplyDelete
I know EXACTLY what you need. A kitten! Kittens are great to whap when there's no one to swing your toys for you. I was bored until Momma got Alice for me. She's the BEST toy...ur, um, I mean sisfur.ReplyDelete
Yes, Fin, we think you are suffering from Olympic let down syndrome!...Hope Mom is better soon...xo...Calle, Halle, SukkiReplyDelete
YOu were so involved with the Catolympics, it is no wonder you are feeling kinda bored now. Cross paws for Spring - that will help!ReplyDelete
Sending lots of healing vibes to your mom!ReplyDelete
We're on our way to amuse you!ReplyDelete
We hope your Mom feels better soon!
We agree about the post-Cat-O-Lympic letdown, Fin. You were so busy with that last week, that this week is bound to seem boring in comparison. jane's idea of a kitten might help...but we like The Monkeys' idea of coming over to play, so we think we'll join them! :DReplyDelete
Hope your mom is all better soon, we're sending more purrrrrrrs!
Purrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
Yes, amusing us kittehs is very high on the Mom Job Description.ReplyDelete
Fin, we're exhausted from all the Cat-O-Lympics stuff! Who knew judging a competition could be so tiring??ReplyDelete
You could always teleport over and come mousing with us.ReplyDelete
You lazy bum, you! You know what it is don't you? It's post-traumatic Cat-O-Lympics letdown! You did good, you! You deserve to be lazy.ReplyDelete
I'm glad you got your card, YES! I picked the 'Dogwood' just for you - I thought you and your Mom would find it silly. I'm all about being silly.
I think you need a vacation, Fin. Do you get two weeks off?ReplyDelete
maybe mom will run your belly if you show it to her!ReplyDelete
Sure hope Mom feels better soon. Fin you could do laps around the house. Or go give mom some head bumps or something to make her feel better. Try to have a good day.ReplyDelete
We think you probably need rest after the Cat Olympics!!ReplyDelete
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
Maybe a different napping place would help, Fin. Come on over. We're all on the big bed today.ReplyDelete
Oh Fin if our mom wasn't such a bore we would come over to play with you - but she is so boring that she doesn't let us go anywhwere!ReplyDelete
Our Mom yawned when she looked at your photo, Fin! Hee Hee!ReplyDelete
You need to invest in one of those robotic cat toys that runs on batteries or that you plu in. They're good for hours of fun at a time and you don't need to interactive or suck up to people. maybe you can chase the tissues that your mom pulls out of Kleenex Cat; she can throw them to you when she'd done (YUCK!) and you can put them in the trash can.
That's a wonderful photo of you, Fin.ReplyDelete
Hope your Mom's well soon :-)
